HOW DO I KNOW WHICH HYPNOSIS PACKAGE I’LL NEED?

There’s no magic number, but typically if you’re looking to address an issue that you've already done a lot of work around or one that is not highly emotional (improve clarity on a decision)- that can be achieved in the Unchain & Unleash Package (6 sessions). 
  
If you’re looking to address something that is highly emotional (unhealthy relationship patterns) and deeply embedded in your subconscious (money and self-worth blocks)- the Mind Mastery Package (10 sessions) is a better option. 

Alfred A. Barrios, reviewed more than 1,018 articles on hypnosis, 899 articles on psychoanalytic therapy and 355 on behavior therapy and found that:

Hypnotherapy has a 93% success rate with an average of 6 sessions
Behavioral Therapy has a 72% success rate with an average of 22 sessions
Psychoanalysis has a 38% success rate with an average of 600 sessions

So whether you choose 6 or 10 sessions, it’s highly likely you’ll be able to achieve your goals in a comparatively short amount of time.

How long should I wait between hypnosis sessions?

Again, there’s no magic number, but I typically find that anywhere from 5-10 days apart is good spacing.

I have 2 or 3 things I want to work on, can I address them all in one package?

It depends. If you would like to work on two things that are highly related and are rooted in the same undesirable subconscious programming (ie. fear of starting a new business and lack of confidence), then yes, it’s likely we can address both issues. 

If your two concerns are unrelated (unhealthy eating patterns and limiting beliefs around love), they should be addressed separately.

What is the difference between the customized hypnosis sessions and the “advanced hypnosis sessions” (included in the Mind mastery package)?

The customized hypnosis sessions will be focused on your specific issue resolution and reprogramming, positive reframing, and reinforcing. 
 
The more advanced hypnosis techniques (that will be selected based on your specific goals) are hypnosis techniques that are able to access different parts of your subconscious. These techniques include (but are not limited to) inner child hypnosis, parts therapy hypnosis, regression hypnosis, and past life hypnosis.

WILL I LOSE CONTROL OF MY MIND WHEN I AM IN HYPNOSIS?
CAN YOU MAKE ME DO OR SAY SOMETHING THAT I DON'T WANT TO?
(AM I GOING TO QUACK LIKE A DUCK?) 

Absolutely not!! You remain in complete control and can freely choose to disregard any suggestions I make or end the session at any time. You are not asleep or unconscious; you are highly relaxed but many people remain alert the whole time. Most people generally remember everything that occurs in their hypnosis session. 

I have no control or “power” over you and cannot make you say or do anything that you do not want to. I simply guide you into the hypnotic state, empowering you to achieve your own goals. You aren’t losing control in hypnosis, you are taking your power back.

DOES IT WORK OVER ZOOM?

Yes! All hypnosis is self-hypnosis, meaning I guide you through the process, but you’re doing all the work yourself. All you need is my voice; no physical touching is necessary. Many people prefer online hypnosis, because they can stay in the comfort of their own homes and can schedule it more easily. Just be sure that distractions are limited (i.e. no pets or kids jumping on you, phone is on silent).

How do I know if I can be hypnotized? Are some people more hypnotizable than others?

The vast majority of the population can be hypnotized. The key factor is your willingness to be hypnotized. The hypnotic state is a totally natural state. In fact, most people enter in and out of the hypnotic state many times a day without even realizing it. 

Have you ever driven your car somewhere and arrived at your destination safely, but realized that you don't remember some of your drive because you "zoned out"? This is an example of a light hypnotic state, a state in which you are fully conscious and intently focused on a subject, but you tune out most of the other stimuli around you.  

Hypnosis is a skill like anything else, and some people, especially those who regularly practice meditation or other relaxation techniques are often able to enter hypnosis more quickly and deeply. However, most people do achieve a light state of hypnosis on their first session, which is enough for most of the work that we do. Everyone does get better with practice, so you will find that you are able to enter the hypnotic state more easily and deeply with each hypnosis session, especially if you begin to practice self-hypnosis on your own.

What does hypnosis feel like?

Most people describe hypnosis as extremely pleasant, deeply relaxing, and sometimes euphoric. The most common feelings reported by my hypnosis clients include: deep relaxation, a slight tingly or numb feeling, a feeling of heaviness, and a sensation of floating.
